The short version. This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. If you write to us, we keep your name and email so we can write back. We never sell or share personal information. That is the whole policy; the long version below says it in the order regulators expect.
Greenlabel Systems Inc. is a holding company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. This policy covers greenlabel.systems, the corporate website of Greenlabel Systems Inc. Our operating subsidiaries, CarbonSafe Systems Inc. and Greenpoints Systems Inc., run their own products and publish their own privacy policies where they collect personal information.
If you use a contact or investor inquiry form, or email us directly, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and uptime. That is the full list.
We use contact information to respond to your inquiry, to correspond with prospective investors and partners who ask us to, and to meet legal obligations. Where consent applies, you can withdraw it at any time by telling us.
Correspondence is kept as long as the conversation is live plus a reasonable business retention period, then deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider on short rotation.
Service providers that make the site and our email work (hosting and email infrastructure), under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing the service. Beyond that, only where the law requires it.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to our privacy officer and we will respond within the timelines required by law. If you are in the United States, the same rights apply: we honor access, correction, and deletion requests regardless of which side of the border you are on. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

This site is intended for visitors in Canada and the United States. It is not directed at the European Union or European Economic Area. We have written this policy to a standard that travels well anyway: purpose limitation, minimal collection, defined retention, and your rights honored on request.
If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
